Alias/Redirect Problems with 5.5

Please post the exact non-sef URL you are entering.

Here it is:
dataeasy4englishteachers.com/option,com_...der/cid,1/Itemid,27/
And I want it to be:
dataeasy4englishteachers.com/school-soft...glish-teaching-pack/
It's for an, as yet, unsupported component: nBill billing component (I'll get back to you some time on getting some support for it).

Any ideas here Saka?  ??? Do I need to be doing something differently or just wait for an update? Here's hoping it's easy... 

Please enter this non-sef URL instead:
index.php?option=com_netinvoice&action=orders&task=order&cid=1&Itemid=27

The feature to be able to enter absolute URLs is added but won't work in some cases, so, if you get a blank page please temporarily disable SEF and find out the non-sef URL to enter.

Okay, so I realised "disable SEF" meant in your SEF Advanced and in Joomla  , but it still won't work
I entered the code below into the non-sef box:
index.php?option=com_netinvoice&action=orders&task=order&cid=1&Itemid=27
And this into the alias box:
school-software/english-teacher/buy-the-english-teaching-pack.html
And got a successfully saved message, switched SEF back on in Advanced and Joomla, and got a 404 not found error ???
Any more ideas as to what is wrong, please,

Well are you sure that non-sef link is available on your site when SEF is off?
