Can't access admin login after migration

Off Course the first thing I've done is deleting the htaccess nothing change

I've solved it's only a problem of CHMOD , the new server run Apache 2.2 that doesn't accept chmod 777 so I've changed all administrator folders in 755 and all seems work fine , now I've to re install sef advance thanks for help
